Clients responsibility to check the following before your Travel Begin:

  •  Valid Passport with correct visa
  • Ticket(s), Service voucher(s)
  • TMC (Tour Management Center) tel. number of Shopinholidays.com
  • Foreign currency (Minimum $1000, Maximum $2500, with bank stamp in passport/each person)
  • Travel bags with all necessary clothes and accessories
  • Correct information about timing of flights, pickups, drops, hotels, activities as advised in itinerary
    Shopinholidays.com will not be liable/responsible under the following conditions / circumstances:

    1. Changes in similar standard hotel due to unforeseen circumstances or splitting of group in 2 smaller groups due to unavailability of accommodation in one hotel for the entire group.
    2. Problems resulting from factors beyond the control of the trip organizer such as cancellation of flight, earthquake, strikes etc. Services not provided in such circumstances are non-refundable.
    3. All problems related to hotels, tours, sightseeing and transportation etc., if any not reported to the local
      contact and shopinholidays.com TQC team within 3 hours, although the trip organizer will troubleshoot the complaints upon identification.
    4. Inconvenience resulting from Loss, Theft, Damage of Personal Goods or Baggage, although the trip organizer will make a rescue plan it may cost additional charges.
    5. Missing the tour guides, vehicles at various locations, or missing flights or SIC due to late reporting or misunderstanding and the consequent problems.
    6. Problems of not having or buying travel insurance, although the trip advisor may recommend insurance agent.
    7. Problems arising due to changes in the travel plan by the client after signing LOA. Although the trip organizer will try all possible options to ensure smooth service. Solution in such cases may incur additional
      costs.
    8. Inconvenience resulting from changes in travel plan by the trip organizer made in order to avoid various problems.
    9. Inconveniences resulting from unrealistic expectations or expectations beyond those outlined by the trip organizer
    10. Problems caused due to delay or cancelation of the flight. If flight is cancelled then refund will be as per respective airline policy after deduction of nominal service charges and In such cases the hotel & package part are always non-refundable as the same are booked on guaranteed basis.
    11. Problems caused due to deportation by the immigration authorities of visiting/transit country for whatsoever reasons, the same will be sole responsibility of the passenger. The passenger will be liable to clear all bills and DEBIT Note raised by the airlines, if any incurred due to deportation process. In such cases there will be no refund as the package is booked on guaranteed basis.
    12. Problems caused due to refusal of boarding pass by the airline or to board the airlines by the immigration authorities irrespective of any reasons cited by them. In any case shopinholiays.com will not guarantee but help by all legal and ethical means. In such cases there will be no refunds as the package is booked on guaranteed basis.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1.       Price may change: Changes in price of the holiday package or airlines are inevitable due to changes in
departure date, no. of pax and splitting of group.
2.       Last Date for Passport collection: 35 days before incase of Europe USA & long haul destinations, for short haul destinations at least 14 days before along with all necessary documents.

3.       Payment Conditions:

  • 15% non-refundable down payment upon signing of agreement for visa, insurance & processing fees.
  • 45% 30 days prior to departure date or during issuance of ticket whichever is earlier.
  • 30% 15 days prior to departure date or during guarantee of package whichever is earlier
  • 10% 7 days before departure

4.       Cancelation Charges:

  • Airline tickets will be refundable as per airline policy (please check the cancellation policy before
    issuance of the ticket) with certain service charges.
  • 50% of package charges if cancelled between 16-30 days prior to departure date
  • 75% of package charges if cancelled between 8-15 days prior to departure date
  • 100% of package charges if cancelled within 7 days of departure date
  • In case the package has been guaranteed by the client to avoid any increment in package price then it
    immediately stands for 100% cancellation charges.

5.       Un-utilized services: Any services such as entrance tickets, shopping vouchers, transport, meals, hotels etc. which has not been used will not be refunded.
6. Shopinholidays.com will not be responsible in any form in cases of refusal of boarding pass by the airline or to board the airlines by the immigration authorities irrespective of any reasons citied by them. In any such cases shopinholidays.com will not guarantee but provide help by all legal and ethical means.

BOOKING ACCURACY/LEGAL NAMES:  
Passenger is required to immediately review all aspects of their booking to verify (but not limited to): passenger names, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, pricing, airfare,arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on your booking receipt. Please notify Shop In Holidays (PVT) LTD. immediately if any omissions and/or corrections are needed regarding the booking details. Passenger(s) voluntarily assumes full & sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved with failure to report such errors and/or omissions. Passenger is required to verify the accuracy of the passenger’s LEGAL first & last names. It is mandatory that guest names be identical to the Passenger(s) LEGAL first and last names and identical to the names as they appear on booking and travel documents.

PRICING: 
Prices and availability quoted by Shopinholidays.com are not guaranteed until deposit is fully paid. Pricing and availability may change without notice. Passenger agrees that Shopinholidays.com is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any quotes, advertisements, including on our website, resulting in inventory, content, or pricing discrepancies nor is Shopinholidays.com responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur as a result of incorrect information from third parties. Suppliers reserve the right not to honor any published prices that it determines were erroneous due to electronic, printing, or clerical error. You acknowledge this right and agree to hold Shopinholidays.com harmless for any actions or damages arising from Supplier pricing.

Shopinholidays.com reserves the right to charge Passenger(s) for any increase in taxes, fees or surcharges (i.e. fuel). Passenger(s) acknowledge this right and agree to pay any such additional taxes, fees, and surcharge.

TRAVEL PROTECTION: 
Travel insurance protection is Strongly Recommended. As your travel agent, we have a professional responsibility to recommend the purchase of travel protection to protect both you and your vacation. While we do offer coverage through certain carriers, we cannot compare all the policies or companies currently in the marketplace. This responsibility rests solely with you the customer and we advise you to do your research and find coverage that best fits your individual needs. Shopinholidays is limited to advising you of the need for such coverage. By declining travel protection, you acknowledge and accept liability for any cancellation penalties, damages and/or out–of-pocket expenses incurred.  You also acknowledge and accept responsibility for arranging and paying for any treatment in case of a medical emergency while traveling. Please note that if you decline this type of coverage, you have waived your right to this important coverage and your confirmation will note “declined” next to the travel protection section of your confirmation. If you HAVE purchased travel protection, please remember to review your confirmation for accuracy and call us immediately if you believe you have travel protection and your confirmation indicates declined. Failure to contact us will be considered waiver of travel protection.

SEVERABILITY:  
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
